Below Market Rate (BMR) Affordable Rental Units Available

Thank you for your interest in applying for an affordable BMR rental unit. The following restricted rental units are currently available for rent under the oversight of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development. If you are interested in any of these units, please contact the person named in each listing below directly.

To apply, you’ll need to complete a BMR application (see below) along with any supporting documentation if you are claiming a lottery preference. You must apply for each new housing opportunity as it comes up. (For most units, there is no a waiting list.)

Please read through the listings below for complete information on units that are currently available. Then please review our BMR rental program in more detail on our website. Please contact the rental manager for each new unit for basic information on the units and for an application. They are your first point of contact. BMR RE-RENTAL UNITS

Hayes Valley: 280 Fell Street, Units: 201, 301, 311, San Francisco, CA 94102 – 2 two-bedroom units renting for $2,120 and 1 one-bedroom unit renting for $1,890 per month. Applicant households must earn no more than 100% of Area Median Income for 2014. Applications due 04/25/14; Lottery 05/01/14.
