The Citizens Committee on Community Development (CCCD), Mayors Office of Community Development (MOCD), Mayors Office of Housing (MOH) and San Francisco Redevelopment Agency (SFRA) announce the availability of the Draft 2005 Five-Year Consolidated Plan for review and comment from April 8, 2005 through May 9, 2005. The Consolidated Plan outlines the strategy and goals associated with San Francisco’s use of four federal funding sources: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Shelter Grant (ESG), Home Investment Partnership (HOME) and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).
The Draft Consolidated Plan will also be available for review at the following locations:
MOCD, 25 Van Ness Avenue, Suite 700
MOH, 25 Van Ness Avenue, Suite 600
SFRA, 770 Golden Gate Avenue, 3rd Floor
Main Branch of the SF Public Library, 100 Larkin Street, 5th Floor government Information Center
Members of the public who wish to comment on the Draft Consolidated Plan may do so in writing to MOCD, MOH or SFRA at the addresses listed above. Please direct your comments to Planning Staff. The public is also invited to provide comments on the Draft Plan at the CCCD April 18th meeting, which is scheduled for 6:00PM at 25 Van Ness Avenue, Room 330A.
