The following units are currently available for sale under the oversight of the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development. If you are interested in any of these units, please contact the person listed on each posting directly. The application is now available online at the Mayor’s Office of Housing website for all new BMR units and for most BMR resale units. There are two types of Below Market Rate units (BMR) available through the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development:  Inclusionary Housing Program BMR Units and units formerly managed by the San Francisco Redevelopment Agency, Limited Equity Homeownership Program Units. Lottery results for each property / unit will remain posted until all units are sold, meaning results may remain shown below for several months or even a year or so after the lottery takes place.

Dogpatch: 616 20th Street, San Francisco, CA 94107 - 1 and 2 bedroom units (2 BMR units total) selling for $223,988 - $294,207 (HOA dues are $442.47 a month). Applicant households must earn no more than 100% of Area Median Income for 2014. Applications due 04/17/14; Lottery 04/24/14.
