The Mayor's Office of Housing and Community Development for the City and County of San Francisco seeks submittals from qualified respondents to develop a City-owned, vacant parcel as affordable family rental housing, including units serving formerly homeless families, and ground floor commercial space near the intersection of 16th and Mission Streets at 1950 Mission Street.
