Asset Management - Multifamily Rental Housing
Information about the asset management (compliance monitoring and loan servicing) of affordable housing projects that were directly financed by MOH can be obtained on the Asset Management page. This does not pertain to the Inclusionary Housing Program or "BMR" projects.
The 2011 fee schedule is still in effect through 2012. A new schedule will be published on January 1, 2013.
