This webpage serves as the gateway for information that MOHCD provides regarding Income, rent and price Levels relevant to MOHCD programs.

Much of the information MOHCD provides is derived from data that is gathered and published by the federal government regarding Area Median Income (AMI). MOHCD has found there to be confusion amongst even the most knowledgeable of affordable housing industry staff when discussing AMI-related issues. MOHCD urges you to be diligent and cautious when working with AMI-related data in order to avoid confusion and potentially serious mistakes.
